I just purchased the Canon EOS 400D camera this weekend. I am liking it so far, but thats not saying much as this is my first step into a decent camera. I started playing around with some of the modes and settings. I’m trying to learn all there is to learn about the cameras pro and cons before my up coming vacation next week. We are planing a road trip so I should have lots of great photo opportunities.

Below is a photo I snapped last night of Bella, my black Lab. I didn’t get a chance to set the correct settings for this photo as she was running at me with her ball. However, she looked so distinguished in this photo I thought I would include it. I should have many more photos to share after my trip!

I am probably going to by a light next. What do you think I should get?
